Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you might click on the wrong button and sign up for a membership plan you didn’t mean to. Please let us know within 24 hours and we can cancel your membership and refund you.

After 24 hours you will need to follow our cancellation policy as per our terms and conditions: upon choosing to leave us all you need to do is log in to your account on the website and view your payment plan. From there you can cancel your plan. Your membership will cancel at the end of your chosen period (I,e 3months) and you will not be charged again.

Your plan must be set to cancel before your payment is due, failure to do so will mean are liable to pay a £30 late cancellation fee as per our terms & Conditions.

If you’ve chosen our monthly rolling contract, the minimum initial sign up period is three months and you cannot cancel your plan before this time. If you prematurely cancel your plan we will invoice you for the remainder of the three months.

Please note refunds are given at PR for the People’s discretion, we have the right to charge a £30.00 admin fee for anyone who requests a refund on their membership due to any reasons including failing to cancel before the payment renewal date.
